The allegation centers on certain versions of the popular Right Guard brand of deodorants, which were found to include or potentially contain benzene, a known carcinogen.
The settlement encompasses individuals who purchased Right Guard Sport and Right Guard Xtreme spray deodorants for personal use between the dates of November 19, 2018, and June 8, 2023. Claimants without proof of purchase can still seek restitution by claiming $1.75 for up to five products.
